We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are following guideliens from the World Health Organisation and UK government health agencies.
We understand there are many concerns during this time and wish to assure you that the safety and well-being of our students, guests and colleagues are of paramount importance to us.

As part of our ongoing efforts to create a trusted and nurturing environment for you, we have embraced a series of safety standards and precautionary measures across our training centres.
This includes additional cleaning routines for each training centre, cleaning of student workstations before and after each use, redesign of student study areas to support social distancing, removing shared resources to minimise risk of infection and increased use of video invigilation and coaching tools for our colleagues.

Welcoming Our Students
We continue to welcome students at our training centres wherever possible.
Our Chelmsford and Ipswich centres began offering in-centre study and assessment sessions from 1st July 2020.
Reopening of our Colchester centre will follow relations of the social distancing guidelines to reflect the smaller footprint at this location.
We will continue to utilise video delivery for our career coaching and workshop activities to maximise accessibility for all our students.
We care deeply about the communities in which we live and work; and believe everyone is entitled to achieve career success.
During these trying times, our teams have engaged in different community support initiatives to assist people in need to adapt their careers.
Our 'Teaching the Nation to Type' initiative has supported many young people with disrupted education programmes and our 'Bounce Back Bursary' programme has provided direct financial assistance for those facing financial hardship.
We're committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate citizenship. This includes working to standards expected of our corporate partners allied to their standards and reporting requirements.
