Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership

This programme enables students to gain the knowledge and skills to work effectively to develop in their management role, and demonstrate professional competence by applying these skills at work.

Core Modules
All students complete four core knowledge units (worth 26 credits) which provide the underpinning knowledge for the programme:
• Principles of building productive working relationships
• Principles of Management and Leadership
• Operational and Human Resource Planning and Management
• Managing personal and professional development

Project Management Specialist Modules
Students undertake two specialist modules (worth 14 credits) to demonstrate their professional competence:
• Principles of Project Management
• Principles of Quality Management

Students also study the Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner project management qualifications within this programme.

Delivery
This programme is taught through individual self-paced study supported by coaching sessions from our leadership and management team.

Assessment is by assignment and the production of a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates occupational competence against each of the learning objectives within this programme.
