Opportunities Workshop exists from our passion and belief that everyone deserves a successful career.

Since 2012 we've worked with a large number of individuals and businesses to grow talent pools in our communities.

Our focus is on navigating the changing world of work.

Originally based in the East of England, we have expanded our operations to include ourflagship London campus on Bloomsbury Square and worldwide reach through our
Global Campus programmes for international students.

Our range of complimentary training and recruitment services are designed to
launch and develop careers for individuals, and to provide organisations with
the talent and skills they need to operate successfully.

Since 2018, Opportunities Workshop has been home to Pitman Training in Essex with the acquisition of the Chelmsford and Colchester territories.

We have invested in new learning centres in both locations to provide high quality face-to-face learning and assessment facilities.

Tutori

Our children are expected to grow up and fill our shoes, and whatever comes along we appreciate the need for education to continue.

We established tutori in response to the interruption to mainstream education experienced by our children during 2020, providing individual and small group tutoring across all school age groups.

Opportunities Included CIC

In 2014 we established Opportunities Included CIC to provide access for adults and young people outside the labour market who need the skills to identify and achieve their career objectives.

Opportunities Included has specialist skills supporting neurodiverse people to fulfil their career potential.

Opportunities Included is currently working with Essex County Council to create job opportuntities for young adults with neurodiverse conditions.

Opportunities Included is also home to our Scholarship Fund which supports wider participation in our vocational training programmes.
